Laboratory Production SystemLaboratory production system organizes practical, namely: Practical engineering drawings, CAD, Teaching Practical theory of control and the Introduction of automation, Robotics lab course & FMS, Practical Production Planning & Inventory Control, Practical design of the layout of the factory.
A. Practical Engineering Drawings
Practical engineering drawings is a supportive teaching courses drawing techniques (IMG244), with a practical material on how to draw the product in accordance with the rules of engineering drawings in the form of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional.
B. Practical CAD
Teaching CAD is part of the Practical design of industrial manufacturing II (IIP222), with a draft drawing teaching material product in the form of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional using AutoCad software and developing a draft product details based on the creativity of praktikan to memaksimasi the use of commands in AutoCad.
C. Control Theory & Practical Introduction To Automation
Control Theory & practical introduction to Automation is part of Practical Design Manufacturing II (IIP222), with mengenaldan teaching material understanding actuator and the Kontroller for designing systems of automation in industrial manufacturing. This material will be given further on the Subject selection of the automated Manufacturing Systems (IIP334).
D. Practical ROBOTICS & FMS
Practical ROBOTICS & FMS is part of Practical Design Manufacturing II (IIP222), with the material and practical work plans to make the program an operation using a robot Fisher engineering, as well as develop language program to run the automated machines (part programming).
E. Practical Production Planning & Inventory Control
PPIC is part of teaching the course planning and controlling Production I and II, with teaching materials to make a product demand forecasting for some period, determine the resource requirements of the production, making the aggregate production planning, the process of disaggregation to acquire stem production schedule, checked against the master production schedule by using Rough Cut Capacity Planning, material requirements planning, do some checking against plan order release by using the Capacity Requirement Planning , do the scheduling engine to make product orders, maintain the balance of the Assembly line.
F. Layout Design Teaching Facilities
Practical design of the layout of the Facility is part of the Practical design of Manufacturing III (IIP132), with the practical matter of designing the layout of a factory either in manual or computerized consists of:
- Assembly Time chart, Baku, OPC, Routing Sheet
- MPPC, Needs The Number Of Machines, Floor Area Of Production & Warehouse
- MHPS Production, GKP, GBP, FTC, FTC Charges Inflow/Outflow, Extensive Material Handling

G. Practical Manufacturing Process
Practical manufacturing process is part of the Manufacturing process of the courses and practical work (IIP321).
In addition to teaching activities, research activities are also held, and training:
Research carried out by students of industrial engineering Courses for final assignment, other than it's done research by professors whose results are published in the Proceedings of seminars, Symposia Proceedings or Journal of industrial engineering.
